You are what you eat

I’ve been toying with the idea of setting up a food blog. Keep track of everything that I eat and see if naming and shaming my diet can help me loose weight.

Would need to get a good set of scales first though.

    If it doesn’t involve hard work/exercise or healthy eating I’m there. What you got in mind?

    How about moderate exercise (such as takeing the little one out for a walk), eating more often but with a slight change to your diet of burgers and / or subways?

    And get yourself some scales from Lloyds Pharmacy – £13.50 for a set of digital scales that also have a body fat monitor built into them.
